Reasons to Wear Contact Lenses
More people are wearing contact lenses to replace them with their daily eye glasses. An Optometrist (eye doctor) can prescribe contact lenses, for individuals who no longer want to wear their regular eye glasses. When choosing a contact lens eye color, it can be the same color as your normal eye color or another color. Some contact lenses wearers may choose glass contacts or soft contacts for different reasons.
Makeup Contacts
Importantly, whenever deciding to wear contact lenses for vision purposes or designer purposes; visit an eye doctor first. Also, never wear someone else's contact lenses; this could cause vision problems. Some individuals wear contact lenses just for cosmetic/designer purposes.
There are times when famous actors and performers wear different types of contact lenses. They may wear them for cosmetic reasons; which are known as designer color contacts. Color lenses may be wore in horror movies, video shoots, Halloween, and other occasions.
There are different types of contact lenses, for different reasons:

- cat-like lenses (Halloween)
When wearing contacts, the contact lenses have be cared for; this makes them lasts longer.

-
Soak your lenses in a contact lens case with "multi- purpose soft lens solution" daily.
- To keep contacts clean; add two drops to lenses before and after, interaction with the eye ball.
Putting Contact Lenses On:
- First, apply Visine Contact Lens Relief to your eyes.
- Then, add two drops of Multi-Purpose Lens Solution (Bausch & Lomb, Renu) to your lenses.
- Place the lens on the tip of your finger, pull down lower eye lid with another finger.
- While looking up, place the lens at the bottom lower white part of the eye ball.
- Once the lens is in the eye, close your eye and look down; then the lens will move to the center of the eye.
- Do the same step for both eyes.
Many people wear contact lenses, and would never go back to wearing glasses. And some people just wear makeup contacts for cosmetic reasons. Whichever reason you wear them for, remember to keep your eyes moist with contact lens eye drops throughout the day.
